can anybody help me fill out forms for SSDI about work and daily rountine forms and what does that usally mean if they dont deny you but send these forms to you to fill out anybody?
SSDI and not being denied but more info forms...15 years of work history and daily routine forms
would love to help but as you can see I am homelewss and jobless and carless also with 10cents in my pocket I cant weven help myself I suffer from POST TRAUMATIC STREESS DISORDER AM bI-POLAR HAVE PANIC AND ANXIETY EVERYDAY WITH REOCCURING NIGHTMARES THAT HAVE PLAQUED ME THROUOUT MY ENTIRE LIFE i JUST NEVER KNOEW WHAT IT WAS FROM UNTIL NOW

I currently have lost my job in 2008 and ran out of benefits with still no job to turn to We have lost our home and our car we hace a 2 year old daughter Sophia whom I would to any thing to take care of but in RI I cant find work without a car So I am asking for help for anywhere i can so We can get out of the inlaws we are homeless and need help a nice cheap reliable car would help us at least get to interviews...Thank you and may God continue to Bless you,,
